“This was an amazing place to stay! Clean and immaculate rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had DIRECTV for service for watching TV. Their breakfast service was decent and delicious. The staff was attentive and took care of anything we needed. This is a great place to stay quite comfortable. I will be staying there again if I come back.”

“Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. “The hotel was extremely clean and looked modern and newly remodeled. The beds are extremely comfortable and staff extremely pleasant. From check in to check out-a positive experience all around. I love that pet fee is reasonable. You cannot beat having your furry friend with you on your travels for only $25 as the hotel is pet friendly . I have enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Even the housekeeping is quiet and respectful and don’t start knocking at 8 am. I actually had a chance to wake up……

“The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is fine and coffee is great.Thank You for everything,We will……
