Hotel is a bit tired and looking rather worn out, however, great front desk and Concierge staff, and excellent service from Housekeeping made the stay a pleasure. Exceptional attention from David on Concierge, and Carmen in Housekeeping, deserve mention, as well as good food in Bugis Street. I will be back soon !

"Close to Earl's Court Station"
Checkin was at 2pm, our room wasn't ready until 2:30pm. So the staff treated us with wine due to the delay. Aside from that this was a great place to stay. 3 minute walk to earl's court station from here and 15 min. walk to kensington palace and hyde park from here. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear noise in the hallway or next door to our room. There was maid service everyday. The room got a little cramped for two people and all of our luggage but then again we didn't book the largest room.

I spend a lot of nights in London and this is my favorite place to stay. I'm familiar with South Kensington and in my opinion it has everything at hand except restaurants.

"Excellent location, phenomenal customer service"
My boyfriend and I spent 7 nights at the K+K Hotel George in early February and we had a fantastic experience. We had a king room with a small sitting area overlooking the garden. One word of warning, however: the bathroom is TINY. We are not large people, but found it a challenge to close the bathroom door while inside (we had to wedge ourselves between the toilet and vanity to close the door and get into the shower). Otherwise, the room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The location was also fantastic, on a quiet residential street around the corner from the Earl's Court tube stop, and surrounded by so many pubs and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets. We stayed in the area for dinner 3 of the nights we were in town because there were so many options. We had breakfast every morning and it was also wonderful: lots of fresh fruit options and a full English breakfast buffet (sausages, eggs, bacon, beans and even the grilled tomatoes), If I had a criticism, it's that the coffee was really not good, so we stuck with the tea, which was very very good. If the weather were nicer, it would have been pleasant to sit out in the garden. Finally, I can't speak highly enough of the staff who were so pleasant, helpful and always ready to answer questions. One quirk at this hotel is that you have to leave the magnetic key with the staff before leaving the building, but easy to get used to. The business center is also great with printers.

"GREAT place to stay in London!"
This is a small, modern hotel in the Kensington area {West] of London, adjacent to the Earl's Court tube station [Piccadilly and District lines], which makes it convenient to nearly every part of the city and to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and extremely welcoming. Rooms generally include a continental breakfast which is more than adequate to start the day. They also offer a full English breakfast which goes even beyond substantial, guaranteed to add 2000 calories to anyone's daily intake. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. In a neighborhood of tourist hotels this is the best I've found after many visits.

"Favorite West End Hotel!"
I have stayed at this Hotel before and it was great to be back before the Holidays. I love the convenience of this place (right next to Gloucester Road Tube Stop- which is on Tube right from Heathrow.) Pub across the street, 24 hour market and Fish and Chips! Great residential neighborhood to walk through close by. Bailey's lobby is beautiful- great staircase that goes to all six floors. Bailey's had a great tree at the base of the staircase for the Holidays. Very comfy bed, too!!

"A clean quiet location"
We stayed for one night. Our apartment was bigger than we expected. It was clean and comfortable. The kids loved it. It was within close vicinity of shops and the underground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will certainly stay there again if in London.
