“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called……

“We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance.……

“Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀”

“Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating. ”
