although check in process seems a bit lengthy , overall staf treatment was very welcoming. room was very clean and comfortable; nice long strong hot showers. only complain was they had a problem with the room keys that we had to go back to reception to get fixed.
Location to the beach and taxi distances to my destinations made it central. Staff were pleasant but at times need to focus on sharp delivery, quick and efficient presentation.
Lovely hotel with quite a nice restaurant and very well priced meals and drinks. Major issue is that for two of the three nights there, we had no water. Apparently the local council do not supply reliable water access for some parts of the hotel.
