The Bunratty was a nice hotel - the room was a little worn but comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was OK - similar to a Holiday Inn here in the states.
We booked a last minute 4 night stay to this hotel which is pretty much in the middle of nowhere , whilst being at the same time accessible for everywhere, by car . The ambiance was lovely, traditionally furnished in equestrian theme , very comfortable rooms with a large swimming pool and the usual ...
Only spent one night here, and wished we had spent a week. Totally relaxed here, large comfortable room with the most amazing sea view. The staff were so friendly. We are definately coming back. Two weeks in Ireland and this hotel was by far the best we stayed in.
Our fight was delayed by 24 hours. We had already paid for our room and were expecting it to be ready when we got there. They gave it to someone else. We had to wait hours for another one to be readied. The hallway carpets really need to be cleaned too.
This hotel is on a quiet street that is near to shopping, restaurants, etc. It is a bit of a walk to the medieval section of the city but if it is not raining it certainly is doable. The staff at the hotel is excellent.
The hotel was gorgeous, well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. It is well situated with several great options for dinner, and local public houses an easy walk. The breakfast was fantastic. Id stay here again in a heartbeat!
Staff seemed rude. Traffic was a hassle and Restaurant was disappointing and staff was uninterested in providing a good experience. If your looking for a nice place to stay that is clean, it's great. Anything more than a night sleep it's weak.
