We were a three girl group ranging from 35 - 40 looking for a clean hotel that wasn't too quiet due to it almost being the end of the season (September). Ages at the hotel ranged from 17 to roughly 60!
Rooms - clean with everything you need and maids attended daily.
Pool - clean with plenty of sunbeds if you were at the pool before 1100 hours!
Food - varied everyday and of the standard expected. It's not fine dining but we didn't expect that and never went hungry. The salad was always fresh and food replenished continually. We treated ourselves to meals out a couple of times.
Bar - We had to queue for drinks but the made up cocktails by colour, red or blue, were worth it!
Water parks - after a blue lagoon cocktail we were brave enough to face the 360 degree slide.....well worth it and no drink was required although we had one to celebrate!
Staff - every member of staff was pleasant and helpful. We also appreciated how good looking the lifeguards and bar tenders lol!
Overall - we are all working mums who got a few days away from normal life. Some reviews talk about the security and staff being agressive. We did not witness any of that and could see that a strict firm approach to nonsense in and around the pool is simply required to prevent accidents. We had a ball and would consider going back although our husbands have to get their golf trip first lol!

"Next to beach, good breakfast, lacking in service"
Visited end of season. Not sure if it's the culture, but the staff is not friendly at all. There were hardly any guests at the hotel and not once did any of the staff greet us when we walked past. That being said, proximity to the beach was great and breakfast was stellar.

Very nice hotel. Highly recommend for under 35 to 18. Staff could smile a bit more, not rude just need to cheer up but more talkative and open. Hotel very modern and great vibe though. Facilities were great.

So many things to do and good places to eat within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. The room was AMAZING! Large, clean, modern, and comfortable. It is right on the strip so you will here the music of the city. It didn't kill our vibe tho. Even on nights we stayed in, the noise was ok.

The hotel was great, lively, full of younger people aged from 18-36 maybe! had a pool party whilst we were there and the DJ was amazing! The rooms where average, but the maid was lovely, only ever come in past 11am aswell, so never woke you up when you felt hangin!! literally a 2 minute walk away from the beach and approx a 5minute walk maximum so BCM square, the hotel was majority male based, which if anything made things more lively!! never had to wait long for the lift but there was also staires! reception staff where friendly and never bothered you, hotel was clean and we never heard of any security problems when we were there, safes are provided though if you do want one, which are opened/closed via a key, therefore no masters!! myself and the girls will defo be staying here again next year!!

The park itself was amazing for my son. However, the room we got smelled bad (like fresh paint) and even my son was complaining about it. I was just staying one night so I did not bother to ask for a room change. Food was ok.

When we pulled up we thought the hotel was in an amazing location. Sea views were awesome! Check in was very quickly done. The room we should have stayed in was suitable for us. It was better suited to a family as straight outside level with the big window was a smaller pool suitable for children and a play area right by the door. As a middle aged couple we wanted somewhere a bit quieter. Haven't never been in a situation to say anything I was pleasantly surprised hoe accompanying the hotel was. Yes we had to pay a supplement for the room as it was right close to the sea but worth every penny. We got a bottle of bubbly as an apology!
The room was a really good size and the shower was excellent loads of hot water no matter time of day. The rooms were kept to a reasonable standard of cleaning although we had ants which was reported and delt with straight away.
The restaurant was massive and there was a few dishes to chose from. What I liked that there was loads of different varieties of bread and rolls to choose from. There must have been 12!
The times to eat are good too. Breakfast from 7-30am-10.30am Lunch 1-3.30 and dinner 7.30pm-10.30pm. We were only half board but we could either have lunch or dinner which is good if you want to go somewhere but not miss out on any meals.
The location is fabulous if you just want to chill out and not do a lot.
Magaluf and Palmanova are a 10 min bus ride away and Palma a hour.
