It was OK in general. Only a couple of minor situations: a. It took them a couple of days to locate a pair of shoes I left for shoe shining. b. No shower caps in the room. We had to wait almost 30 min to get them
This hotel is right up in the T2 terminal building on 6th Floor, so convenient for catching an early flight. We were received promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable with many amenities. Nice hotel, good service , good food in the restaurant. Quiet, no noise from airplanes taking off . Bathroom tub needed a quick wipe. Overall I would go back and stay on this hotel. It was worth the money.

Ironically Mexico has earthquake drills on that morning since that devastating ...
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was modern and comfortable. Great views from my room and I liked that it was quiet, I could not hear my neighbors at all.
Great hotel experience. I would have rated it a 5 but the restaurant over charges for drinks. 45 pesos for iced tea and 45pesos for every refill. In addition, I asked for a taxi to the report. A private car arrived --400 peso!
