It was a nice hotel to stay, because of the hospitality of hotel staffs. Also, location is good to access to public transportation. However, rooms are quite small and the soundproof facilities are not good.

"nice hotel close to shopping area and food stalls "
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel since it was close to the shopping area and food stores. The facilities were ok but the room was a bit small for 3 persons but overall it was ok.

"Modern hotel with good location"
Conveniently located, near shopping area and within walking distance to the subway and railway stations. Hotel room is spacious, especially the bathroom, when compared with normal hotel in Japan. Room is generally clean but certain part of the room is a bit worn off.

"Lovely apartments in an ideal location"
Rooms were well equipped (washing machine, cooking facilities, room partitions, extensive TV channels, heated toilet seat!) and clearly well looked after. Staff were incredibly helpful, offering to store our luggage for a whole day after check out and spent time explaining all the hotel facilities to us. Continental breakfast on site was good and there is the option of going to the local tube station for the more tradition Japanese options (5 min walk away). There are 3 stations within a 10minute walk, one of which is Namba which has great links to the bullet trains and other major lines.

Pocket Guide: Chuo Namba 4 stars Hotels

This area contains the covered shopping arcade Jan Jan Yokocho, named after the “jan jan” sound of the stringed instruments waitresses traditionally played to attract customers to their restaurants. Originally frequented by blue-collar workers during the 1950s, it remains a destination for down-to-earth nostalgic dining. Also nearby is Tsutenkaku Tower. Considered by residents to be the symbol of modern Osaka, the tower’s observation platform offers city views from 91 meters above the street.
