Rooms are always very clean and around half a mile from Disney Springs. You can find good deals on rooms ($100-$150) and would end up spending 3 or 4 times that at similar quality a Disney Hotel.

First time at this hotel.. other than how ridiculously expensive food and amenities are, the hotel itself is great! I’d suggest going outside of the resort to eat.. one drink is over $12. A SMALL glass of chocolate milk is $6.75 But the actual place itself is awesome! I’ll definitely be back
We were leaving on an early flight out of Orlando and decided to stay here. Perfect choice. Staff went out of their way to assist, meal at Resturant was great, room was clean and very comfortable. Staff even took our luggage to the checkin counter for us. I recommend this hotel 100%

Great hotel! Rooms are great. Access to Universal is super. We loved it. We were three generations of family and it worked for all of us. Also restaurants on the hotel site were very good.

Our checkin was quick, the staff was attentive, the pool staff was helpful and friendly. The one thing I did see that could use attention, for more than one night stays there was some things left undone in the room that I thought should.
