Second trip to Dubai but this time with our 2 teenage daughters. Resort is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The beach is easily accessible however there was some construction going on the beach so the great skyline views were restricted from the pool areas, having mirrored boarding all the way along. Prices for beverages were very expensive although it would be what you expect on the luxurious Palm e.g. a 300ml can of coke worked out at £5 with the current exchange rate. Cheaper food and drink could be bought from the nearby Golden Mile (just across the road). Taxi's plentiful at entrance to get on and off the Palm at reasonable rates.

From the moment we checked in it was obvious to see that the hotel had a very relaxed and personable feeling. Our room in The Manor House was gorgeous with a very large balcony. Separate shower and bath facilities. The room was cleaned every day and housekeeping visiting twice daily to replenish any items. The staff were fantastic - very helpful, always smiling and very courteous. They couldn't do enough for you. Yet if you wanted complete privacy , this is the place to go. We ate at all three of the restaurants and the food was awesome! They are all so different but the menus, variety and service were fantastic in all three. I can't think of a negative to say about the hotel, the staff or the food. They all should be so proud to be providing the best service to their visitors with always a smile.

"Excellent hotel but a bit far away from everything"
We recently spent our week of holiday in Dubai and stayed at Zabeel Saray with our 3 years old toddler and overall:
+ very luxurious hotel
+ beautiful interior design
+ spacious rooms
+ excellent kids pool and kids club (heated) including a cinema
- very far away from everything (city, main attractions, night life, airport)
- construction sites view from the beach and around the hotel
- no soft sand beach (hard sand)
- no supermarket in our close by the hotel
- very basic breakfast buffet

Staff, things to do, our room, the FOOD.... all wonderful. I recommend the buffet which has 5 star food and wonderful staff (especially Hassan who treated us like royalty). Also the shisha lounge was an amazing experience. We had our own private canopy on the water. The pool and the swim-up pool bar was amazing too.

Lovely hotel. All staff friendly, helpful and attentive from pool staff to room service to porters and reception staff. Had access to the Millesime Club and these guys were excellent, especially Noriel and Brian who would fawn anticipate what you needed. Buffet food from MC was also well worth it. Hotel opened up onto the beach with great view to the mainland. Only downside was travel into Dubai which is a twenty to thirty minute drive anyway, but with roadworks on the palm (crescent) this could take 75 minutes especially at peak traffic time whe Aquaventure was closing. Great stat. We expect to return. Thank you.

The hotel is very quiet and therefore not much of a vibe in the restaurants and bars. The building sites either side woke us up each morning. The swimming pool was excellent and the cocktails from the Beach Bar were good. breakdast was very expensive for our family of 5 so self-catered each morning.
