“Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. Bathroom was affected by mold too and the visible parts of drain pipes were very dirty. It was fifty beyond what words could describe. See photos attached (if possible, I want……

“This was one of the best beach hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highlights were: - Friendly and attentive staff - Excellent breakfast buffet - The beach, not only was the water beautiful (similar or better than places we’ve been to in the Caribbean) but you get a sunbed reserved for you every day and you can order drinks directly to your sunbed.
