“Convenient location to reach beach, restaurants and shopping as well as the ferry terminal and train. All walkable. Room was spacious. Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was excellent. We didn’t like the immediate area outside the hotel which was dirty, garbage, etc. The “sea view” room we reserved didn’t have a great view due to construction. More a view of an adjacent parking lot.”

“This is a very quaint and old-fashioned property, from the beds to the amenities. We had three rooms, and nine of the, had any easily accessible plugs except one in the bathroom, which is not ideal for charging today’s electronics. Additionally, there is no one at the property most of the time, so checking in or dealing with issues is problematic. Also, parking is impossible, and there is simply no way to bring luggage up to the front door of the hotel without climbing 10-12 very steep……
