Great customer service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Received a free room upgrade. Room was clean, nostalgic decor, and a very comfy bed. Great location, easy to find, easy to park or pull right up front for valet, and walking distance to practically everything.
We arrived very late due to flight delays. We were greeted warmly. When it was learned we were honeymoon we received a complimentary bottle of wine. We left at a very early hour and once again were treated well. Great pizza suggestion by one hotel staff. The only thing was the toilet paper holder ...
The hotel is in a great location, and overall was good, but the first room I had was like a shoebox with air conditioning that wouldn't shut off and I had to stay that night in that room because they were full. The second room was much nicer and the thermostat worked, but at 7:30am on Saturday morning, ...
Stayed in both the main hotel and the annex. Our King room river side was excellent and so comfortable. Moved to annex for rest of stay to combine families. Again great suite with wonderful view right on the river.
We parked the car and never used it again during our Memorial Day weekend stay. Room was good. Breakfast good and was continually replenished during the busy weekend rush. Doormen very helpful and friendly and gave us great advice to make the most of our stay. We parked at public garage right up ...
Hotel is in great downtown location- walking distance to many shops and restaurants- even the river if you have the afternoon to stroll over. However, the hotel itself was under construction and we weren't notified about this. (Kind of a pain getting in/out valet area since we had a wheelchair). ...
Perfectly located, easy walking distance to everything. The Monaco is eclectic, friendly, comfy and spotlessly clean. Great, positive staff (we interacted with parking attendants, front desk personnel and housekeeping -- all first class).
This hotel is currently under construction, so most of the hotel immenities are unavailable. The dog policy is also not great since you can't leave the dog alone in the room.
Portland, Oregon, prides itself in being like no other city. With tons of award-winning restaurants and picturesque views, it’s a perfect town to visit on a luxury vacation.
When you’re on vacation, it’s important to smell the roses. And there’s no better rose patch than the International Rose Test Garden.
In 1917, the garden opened to preserve European rose species from the bombings of WWI. The founders were worried that some of the hybrid varieties would go extinct from the warfare. The garden has, well, bloomed in the decades since, and is now home to 7,000 rose bushes you can walk through. If you want to see beauty of a different variety, check out the schedule of the Hollywood Theatre. Featuring indie and avant-garde films, it’s the place to see something unique and new.
