Great hotel. Very classy. My only problem with are stay was the people next to us were very loud. At some point a women was baninging on the door screaming to get her phone back. An hour later it was security banging on the door to talk with the people in the room. And of course they didnt open the ...

We love staying here. It's very clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative is that the hotel staff didn't have too many restaurant recommendations for someone who has been to Portland more than once. It seems that most of the hotels in the area send guests to the same places.

We stayed for 1 night but LOVED that it was "fancy" enough for the adults but kid friendly. The free happy hour was an awesome bonus as was the continental breakfast.

Only problem was the noise from the refrigerator (both mine and the one above me) and the elevators, which were nearby and made sleeping for me (light sleeper) a bit problematic. I expected a serene experience, which ...

It was a bit small for an upgraded room and I could hear the elevator chime. I called to check that I was ...

Hotel is so conveniently located in Downtown. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants. MAX stops a block or two away. Hotel itself is quiet and very comfortable. Very roomy and decorated nicely. Would definitely stay again.
The staff is very attentive and polite. The lobby is exquisite, and the Driftwood Bar is a must-see. Our waiter, Joshua, had lots of suggestions for things to see and do in Portland. My room was ready for me despite my early arrival and it was just lovely. It was elegant and the tivoli radio was ...
