Hotel and staff were great. Service was outstanding and the food for an all inclusive place was also outstanding. The aqua building that was for adults only was perfect and quite with the balcony lava tub loved by they girlfriend.

the resort is nice. Due to heavy rains we had to move to three different rooms due to weather / rain damage. The staff are very nice and accommodating. the food is decent.

When we checked in we upgraded to the privelage swim up which we regretted. It was nice to have private areas however our swim up was never cleaned so we never got it. We discovered a hole in the ceiling of our room which continuously drip at night. We never saw our butler. The hotel was nice and ...
An amazing place with an amazing staff. Only downside to our stay was the condition of the beach. Not at all the hotels fault. Mother nature was not beach friendly during our stay.
