"Great Hotel, Perfect for Sightseeing."
Hotel very close to Termini, which is a simple train journey from the Airport.. Given a free upgrade and the room was lovely. Aircon is one of my favorite things when its 35 degrees outside. We had a street facing room, which did suffer from the loudest trams you have ever heard... but to be honest it was bearable. Bed was huge and toilet/shower was fantastic... plenty of hotel goodies, slippers, bathrobe, etc.. We didn't eat at the Hotel as there was so much to do and see outside. Would definitely re-book this Hotel.... We stayed for 3 nights, but that just isn't enough to see everything in Rome. Staff were friendly... We were warned by everyone about the street robbers, pick pockets and con artist... but to be honest, its a major city with many tourist... so just keep your wits about you.. don't take pictures with the gladiators... keep your valuables in the hotel room safe.. take only what you need on you.. and just be sensible...

"Cute friendly hotel in a fab location"
Our arrival to Rome and journey to the hotel was not the greatest of experience (shuttle service used, but NOT booked through the hotel) but once we arrived to the hotel we were greeted with a warm reception. Our room booking also included breakfast which was greatly received. The buffet breakfast service is available for a generous 3 hours and 45 minutes which means guests can choose how early or late to turn up for breakfast. The mini bar area was also greatly received. We found that all the staff were friendly, helpful and happy to satisfy our requests. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Rome.

"Very very far from Rome center"
This is a beautiful resort that is going through EXTREME growing pains. The staff is wonderful! The ammenties are beautiful!!! But it is very far from anything you want to see in Rome. Our 1st night we were locked out of the room. The staff couldn't find a way into the room so they kicked in the door. And have us a new room for the night. This room had never been slept in before so the staff was unaware that the a/c didn't work. So then they moved us to a beautiful sweet for the remainder of our stay which was amazing! Overall the place is just amazing but it's far from the city center and it's still very new. And I can't say enough times the staff is fantastic!

" Close to the train and sights"
very close to the train and metro. Hotel staff very helpful. Room was good with a big bathroom. Good breakfast. Rooftop restaurant too pricey for the food and service we had. Overall good stay.

"Nice hotel close to train station"
The staff was extremely courteous! The room was very clean and cold AC. It was not the biggest room, but that is expected in a town such as Rome where space is limited.

"Not a 4 STAR Hotel!"
THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. I would only give it between 2 to 3 stars maximum! We stayed five nights at this hotel. It was not what we expected! The pictures on the website are carefully staged. This is an older hotel (not a negative) but parts of it need to be renovated! The very small elevators smell! There was a musty smell in the halls and even in our room. The AC was adequate in the smaller room, but not powerful enough to cool a larger room. (we stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay). The library did contain a single computer for guest use, but unfortunately the "library" was also the children's play area. The included breakfast buffet was simple and adequate, but not what you would expect to find in the average American hotel/motel. The staff was helpful but only one younger gentleman was fluent in English - the others tried. If you are looking for a moderately priced hotel that is centrally located, and you just want a room to sleep in, this is the hotel for you. As for me--I would rather spend a few dollars more and stay in a true 4 Star Hotel!
