"Amazing Hotel!"
This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is fantastic literally across the street from the main Roma Central Station. The staff spoke perfect English and treated us really really well. The service was 5 Star. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in Rome.

"Perfect for proximity to major attractions"
This hotel was 10 minutes away from the roman forum and 3 minutes away from the vittorio emmanuel monument. Shopping is on the next street, and there are great eating spots nearby.

"Walking distance from colosseum"
Nice clean and efficient hotel! Front desk staff are good and helpful. breakfast needs some work( lacks small hotel feel- more commercial) and breakfast staff are not Engaging ! Should shopping is your goal, stay around Spanish steps ! And bit far from Vatican .. Hotel is clean and well looked after, sometimes I am more critical as I look for a soul

At one time a beautiful grand hotel. Now the carpets are worn and could use some freshening up. It's location is excellent and room size is generous.

"Great location - beware the Annexe"
There appears to be two parts to this hotel - the main hotel and the adjacent building that is called the Annexe - not knowing any difference we booked into the Annexe. we arrived lateish (around 9:30pm) and were shown our room. The annexe building consists of a number of apartments as oppossed to rooms. We had room A2, which was dark, had a tiny window and was clastrophobic, so much so that we felt were in a basement. Not only this but the sound proofing was non existant so that we got to hear the lively and exubernet bunch of American Students next door for a good while. Not what I want from a get away in Rome. We called to reception who advised that as we had booked the Annexe building that is what we should expect, although they were surprised that it was noisy. I explained about the party next door and they said they couldnt do anything about it as it was private flats. We asked for a room change and were advised to wait until morning. Thus we put up with the noise and next day changed rooms to the main builidng. However, were charged an additional 20 Euros a night for the pleasure. The main hotel is more akin to what we know as a hotel and was much better (proper size windows for a start). However, they kept playing the Annexe card and didnt appear to care about the noise or the claustrophobic rooms. We were there for 4 nights, the final 3 were considerably more enjoyable than the first

"Fantastic hotel in a lovely area"
Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Great room and restaurant-only slight negative is the lack of choice of beers in the bar. 100 metres from the Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Couldn't be better placed. Fantastic hotel in a brilliant city. Can't wait to go back.

"Beautiful hotel near the Termini and dining!"
We stayed our last night in Rome here after returning from a cruise. We found the room (a junior suite) very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bath was very new and elegant and the tub was perfect for soaking. It had a spacious closet with a mini refrigerator and coffee bar for both espresso and coffee. The bed was very comfy with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The room was very quiet and we heard no outside noises from the street. The only negative, and very minor, was they don't have ice buckets or wash cloths. They seem to be scarce in Italy. We also had the breakfast buffet included with our room. It had ample choices both hot and cold. We also ate at the restaurant directly across the street for dinner, (Est! Est! Est!) which was very delicious! They serve their own house wine which was very good and moderately priced. After dinner we strolled the streets and shopped a bit and found the neighborhood very safe and friendly! Wish we could have stayed longer!
