First time at Nikko and very pleased. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lovely room overlooking the city with very attentive house cleaning staff that was thorough and expedient. Excellent restaurant and easy walk to Union Square and other destinations. Highly recommend!
Adeeta was amazing with all the help she offered. She is the only reason I would come back

An old hotel but efficient & clean. Many rooms do not have a view, but if you upgrade to a “view’ room, the views are nice

Beautiful hotel though reminds me of Mel Brooks High Anxiety. Had view of bay and was very quiet. Only issue was room smelled odd like either had been smoked in or should change brand of cleaner.

Expensive but good location. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is all cold, so the heating underneath the containers is not effective.
