“I was arrived the hotel earlier around 11:00am and surprised that the staff was able to let me have an early check in, so grateful about that. Also the room was clean and the bed is comfortable, location is also good and easy to access all the attractions ”

“Really enjoyable one-night stay. The hotel did everything well. From the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at reception; nicely decorated and comfortable rooms; a tasty dinner in a nice environment; and a very good buffet breakfast. They really didn’t put a foot wrong. The room was a little warm, but we are in the middle of a heatwave. And although the room didn’t have air conditioning they helped out by putting a fan in the room.”

“The room was really clean and well put together. The AC was a god sent considering the heat wave that was going on. Staff were exceptional. Food was great and we really enjoyed the roof top bar. Will definitely be back”

“Many parts of the hotel have been modernised and look and feel great. The breakfast was good and the pizza I had for dinner from the bar area was amazing! The staff were very kind, helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately, the rooms feel dated and need to be improved. The outdoor sitting area could be improved and kept clean and tidy.”

“Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid”
