“1. When turning the shower to hot water, the water flow became very weak, and in winter we cannot shower with cold water. 2. We stayed for 4 nights, but were only provided with one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. 3. The hair dryer only blew cold air, with no heat. 4. On November 18, 2025 (Tuesday) at 8:00 p.m., we wanted to use the swimming pool but it was closed. The next day at 8:00 p.m. the pool was open, but the water was extremely murky, so we did not use it. ”

“The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room had more issues — the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bedside lamp didn’t work. I asked to change again, but the front desk……

“This place was truly a surprise. We had a number of rooms for a family event in town. Each room was unique, well appointed and interesting. Hit all of the bars - clean, comfortable beds and excellent service. The women who checked us in was professional, personable and helpful. Could not ask for anything more.”
