Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the main reception is airy and welcoming. I wasn't happy with my room, it didn't reflect the happy ambience I felt as I came down the drive of the hotel. It was above large air conditioning units and a wall right in front ...

Pleasant hotel - in great location a short walk from City Centre. One of the smaller hotel beds we've slept in recently, but OK and comfortable. Helpful staff on reception. Nice breakfast. Only real gripe was finding I had to pay £10 for on-site car parking which I hadn't initially expected

Very enjoyable 1 night stay. Dan on reception extremely kind & helpful as there seem to be a mix up on our booking. All sorted, and the food room etc were most enjoyable. Park setting just beautiful.

Great stay at this hotel... receptionist Steven was very helpful, new area well. Rooms are clean and beds comfy, breakfast is good too. Will stay again

Many good eateries close by and a short walk to the theatre or the main shopping areas. parking was available at the rear but seemed over priced to me. The hotel itself is old and so a bit of a rabbit warren with smallish rooms but ...
