We can't say enough about the incredible staff at the Pan Pacific! Everyone from the check in front staff, valets, ski rental store, to cleaving free was SO helpful and friendly! We couldn't have asked for more! This is what makes the hotel really stand out! But the hotel itself is excellent! You can't beat its location! It is beautifully done and cozy inside with awesome amenities like gym, pool, hot tubs, and steam room. Our room was great with a really smart layout. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone!

stayed 2 nights with 3 adults + dog in 1 room. Hotel is clean, lobby smells nice. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Was told at time of booking that they would provide dog bowl and dog "welcome" package in room as well as they could add a microwave to the room. Neither were there. As was there only 2 cups and coffee for 2 people despite paying an additional 30$ per night for the extra person. They brought us extra supplies after requesting but then the next day again there was only supplies for two people.. a little annoying when you have to keep asking. Whats the point on paying for the 3rd person? and what's the point on making advanced requests that were confirmed when you need to ask again anyways.

My husband, son and I stayed at the Executive for two nights mid-week. Our room on the third floor was very quiet. The bathroom was very well lit and the big white towels were ample. The presto log for the fire and coffee were great! The loft bedroom upstairs was too claustrophobic for me. The bed is squeezed in and there is no walking room. I opted to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs because negotiating those irregular stairs down to the bathroom in the middle of the night daunted me. The sofa bed was fine but my husband thought it sunk into the middle. The staff was great. The ski lock-up and parking were great. Immediately outside our room someone from Housekeeping had left a mop/bucket and a bag of garbage. I assumed they would be put away but they were there all day and night. I moved them down the hall towards the housekeeping closet because I didn't want to look at them. Oddly, the housekeeping closet was wide open during our entire stay. I had never seen that before. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it looked well equipped. I used the fitness room at the sister hotel. I had been told that my key card would work there but it did not. They had a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical. The dumbbells were 15lbs, 25lbs, 35lbs and 45lbs. There were six medicine balls, one BOSU and one work bench. I had to get really creative with those dumbbells! Luckily I lift heavy weights! I did not use the heated pool/hot tub at the sister hotel but they looked lovely!

I absolutely love staying here. The location is ideal in the Whistler Village. Not as loud as staying right by all of the bars and gondola but steps away. The transfer process of leaving your skis at the base of the mountain for you in a locker is perfect. No more schlepping all of your stuff through the village stroll. And the complementary breakfast, while not amazing gastronomically, is perfect for families. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The only thing lacking is space in the gym - but the hot tubs are fine. Staff is super nice.

Mountain Side Hotel was a very pleasant experience. They were very nice and even let us check-in early at 2pm (website says 4pm). The bed was very comfy and the pool and hot tub were great to swim in and relax in. The hotel is a bit older (noticeable in the hallways, stairs, and elevators) but the room was very nice and even came with a warm fireplace. I had a great stay and it was one of the more affordable hotels right in the heart of Whistler Village with everything in walking distance.

We had a good experience in the Lister Hotel in Whistler. The room was small but clean and quiet. For a two-night stay we were not looking for additional the facilities offered by larger and more expensive hotels.Having a breakfast included was a nice bonus. The hotel is very centrally located in Whistler village.

Was an okay hotel. Has a hot tub and pool outside. The parking garage is accessible from the main lobby and I was able to fit my truck in it. The only main negative I had was they weren't sure whether our room was cleaned or not (they had to send someone up to check right at check-in).
