Tired and scruffy public areas, but the room was fine (once we got there, after a very long walk). Exec Lounge overcrowded, definitely below par. Long waits for lifts.
Rooms are very spacious and allow for trolleys to be rolled straight into your rooms, as well as strollers. For travellers departing/arriving from both Gatwich North or South terminal, Hamptons is extremely convenient as it's located within the North terminal and can be easily assessed to/fro South ...
Nice hotel. Was disappointed there was no shuttle as it was an inconvenience coming out of a long flight and waiting for a bus only to find out it was not coming. That was the only inconvenience. Apart from this the hotel wasn’t great and staff was nice.
Really convenient for Gatwick South terminal. Just a short walk away - OK as long as it's not raining. Airport shuttle stops there regularly though.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I didn't quite realise how far we were from Brighton centre - a brisk 30 min walk, but buses do run too. Hotel room was comfortable, but very different to another Mal hotel I had stayed in. Bar service was good and the breakfast was super. Friendly staff.
Tired decor. Overpriced soft drinks in the bar. Over £6 for 2 glasses of tap water and a coke. Cold English breakfast. Friendly staff but the rooms are cheap for a reason.
this place was a pain in the you know what to get to and being an American having very limited minutes to talk on the phone it was even more of a headache. When we eventually got there after being stuck at the airport for over an hour outside in the freezing cold with the hotel staff telling us there ...
