“I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. ATM didn't dispense cash and there was no push from the staff for work arounds. The drinks were……

“It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week .”

“We recently stayed here on our visit to Barbados for a week. The hotel is still brand new so it is nice. Very conveniently located and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Would have given the hotel all 5 stars, but we ran into a few issues with our rooms. The check in process was quick, easy and the staff are some of the nicest people we have met. The first night was fine with no issues, however we ended up running into several issues with the key card reader to our room.……

“The staff are amazing. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The property was very clean including the rooms, common areas and the pool area. However, the beach was rather small. The ocean front view off the balcony was as advertised. The amenities were reasonable. The breakfast selection could have been better. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would certainly return to the resort.”

“This is a really nice resort. I stayed here within its first month open. It was so worth it. Everything was modern and chic. My room was large and spacious with an ocean view. One of the staff members told me that I had the best room on the resort! I agreed, I could see everything from my room! “Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden. Some on the second and third floors have stunning oceanfront views but not this access. The beach is long with the softest sand, and the water is a clear as you can imagine. You can……
