“Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. “I like the house keeping service they surprised me with a bath towel made dog when I walked into the room. That was a very pleasant experience being a solo traveller all these years. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that the language of the front desk and ground floor cafeteria staff. They were not able to understand guests request and had to explain twice. With Delta hotel being 5 star I think staff working at front desk and customer facing role shall be much more fluent in……

“Great hotel. Loft room was excellent. A large room with great views of the city. Whole of the hotel was spotless with cleaning constantly taking place. The reception team were really helpful and friendly and dealt with all of our requests and enquiries. The Beach Club was a nice bonus - free access and a complementary shuttle service. Food at breakfast and dinner was of a very good standard. ”
