Great amenities, clean room, and helpful staff. There are about 100 stairs to climb to get to the hotel. Try to access from the street above. I would stay again.
The hotel is great and I enjoyed my stay. The reception has only check in facilities. To use a toilet you have to go to the third floor where the bar is located. Had twin beds in my room and they were very small single beds that did not fit the quality of the hotel. Very good location.
Beautiful gardens but Hotel was a little too quiet. No room for me for dinner but the breakfast was fantastic. Cottage room comfortable but not attached to hotel. So yes, whilst it's well manicured, beware the rough!
We stayed for 3 nights (weekend) in Nov 2016 and found it a great place to stay. The staff were great and helpful. The location was very convenient for tourists to access nearby attractions. The apartment we had was very spacious and had a lot of features, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. ...
Short visit to Edinburg. My room was upgraded because of Expedia + to a magnificent modern suite. Hotel staff was the most accommodating and sincerely helpful group. Everything was attended to. Fantastic place!
From the moment we were greeted by the doorman to the moment he saw us to our taxi we lived in a world of luxury and elegance. The staff was beyond gracious, in particular Rene, who assisted our check in, and Andy, our concierge. The restaurants and lounges were lovely with the scotch whisky bar ...
Idyllic setting and hotel an absolute dream. They will happily prepare dinner for you but there is no drinks license so a bring your own requirement - plus it's a set dinner, but nevertheless delicious.. No lift so not suitable for disabled guests as bedrooms are on 2nd floor. One of those stays ...
Great place and very well located if you want to know Edimburg. Everything is walking distance and you can find everything in the surroundings. The Rooms-Apartments are simply great and the staff are more than friendly and very profesional. My only concern is: no elevator in the facility, so don't ...
The facility is terrific and the experience we had with each member of the staff was second to none. Everyone from the restaurant team to housekeeping to the concierge were great. They went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful.
