Welcoming staff and painless checkin. Only issue parking on site is limited with a public car park Nextdoor. Fantastic room with all sorts of gizmo's including an excellent coffee machine and all normal mod cons in mini bar.
Relaxing sleep and breakfast was quick and superb service throughout.

Very helpful staff. Room decent and clean and well set up for 3 adults sharing. Very grateful to the lady I spoke to in order for this to happen. All in all, a very good stay and I will recommend. Shame we missed breakfast as I'd heard it was good. Unfortunately we'd had too much fun the night before and didn't make it!

Upon arrival we were shown a lovely room, however after a hour there was a room mix up. We were asked to move rooms as the room we were in little to our knowledge, as the room was clean, belonged to another customer! In which we could enter without the correct key card. The room we were moved to was awful and allegedly a superior room which we had paid for. The room was smaller than the first room we were shown which was also a superior room however it had a mouldy shower rather than a bath, with plain and dull decoration. The bed also was horrible. In the morning of our stay around 8am a maid entered our room without knocking! Very disappointed with our stay at the hotel.

Devon’s principal town, Exeter is not only an historical city but also a lively student centre. Don’t miss the medieval cathedral, one of England’s finest, while the Royal Albert Memorial Museum houses one of England’s best provincial collections. Visitors can take a cruise from Exeter Quayside and visit the quaint port of Topsham. Bicton Gardens is a popular outing and Exeter is also handily placed for exploring Dartmoor and the English Riviera.
