"Un hotel muy bonito en el corazón del Chianti. La recepción bien. No tiene elevadores. Hay que subir escaleras. Se entiende de una construcción centenaria, pero hay que saberlo. Para quienes tienen limitaciones. Las camas no son tan cómodas. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables. El Restaurante en desayuno bien a secas. El huevo no es muy bueno. Tiene una buena selección. Nada espectacular. La cena muy buena. Buena selección de vinos. El de la casa muy bueno. El Bistec a la Fiorentina Espectacular. El Restaurant de Estrella Michelin muy bien. No me encanta la distribución de las mesas. Parece que estás castigado. Nuestra mesa veía a las bandejas vacías. Los otros comensales veían nuestras espaldas. El ambiente no es el mejor para ser un restaurant de estrella Michelin. Cuando llegas la primera recámara de mesas están las mesas sin montar y amontonadas. No es buena impresión. Los maridajes de los vinos y la cena perfectos. El personal en general amable. "
