“This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option.”

“The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. “First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean……
