Only let downs was the half board upgrade (I was told I could exchange dinner with lunch, but on my last day I was told I couldn’t do this and had to pay for lunch separately). Also unfortunate they don’t enforce a time limit it on the poolside sunbeds to enable more people to use them during their stay.”

“The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay……
