“Check in/ out-was good. Fast and friendly service.
Cleanliness of room and facility- the room is a bit outdated and my room bathroom tub and shower was dirty. Also, the shower flooded and the shower bar fell off the wall. The AC was extremely cold and doesn’t have a thermostat so you can adjust it, and staff complaints went unanswered. All of the hotel glass and windows were dirty and you couldn’t see the views. The women’s locker room steam room was broke the entire time of my 10 day stay.……

“We are frequent returns to this property when I come to visit my husband from the states. Every thing about this place I love. I have no complaints and would recommend this place for anyone coming to stay for a longer stay. The ppl are wonderful and always there to make your stay perfect. And it's a safe place with the gentle man that's always there to let us in and out of the gate and welcome my husband and I each time we come and go. The staff is always there for us and always willing to help……
