Still the best Bangkok hotel that I have stayed at, the staff are always very friendly and helpful with any request's that where made of them. The roof top bar is one of the best in the world, so it gets very busy and there is no preference for quests who are staying at the hotel, so go early or late it closes at 01.00. It's not to far from The BTS ( skytrain ) or the Metro ( underground ) and there are some nice restaurants and bar's just a short walk away. The pool on the 21st floor is a little small but very good with amazing views.

It is near big area but still quiet and calm. I can here nothing from busy street. Have a great breakfast and facilities.
Taxi or Uber drivers were not sure the direction with the name of the hotel. Not quiet close to have access to public transportation and not really the center of the city. However I'm going to stay again If I visit again in Bangkok.

We chose this hotel as with 2 young children we wanted 2 bedrooms that were connected and felt safe. The Sathorn apartments were perfect for our needs. The apartment was luxurious, spacious and with fantastic views over Bangkok city. Having a kitchen meant we could sort our own breakfast before heading out for the day. The pool as spot on for the kids and open until 11pm. The location is in the financial and embassy district, but there is a sky train stop near by, the river is a half hour walk away and pat pong night market is only 15 minutes walk. Lumphini park is also close by, well worth an early evening walk to see the monitor lizards.
