“Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and full of character—and the gardens are simply breathtaking. Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What really set this stay apart, however, was the staff. “Lovely place to stay”

“The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate……
