“I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the location was excellent, the rooftop bar was great, and the staff were friendly. However, I was disappointed by the overall operational processes, which felt far inferior to other properties in the Indigo brand.
The check-in experience was particularly laborious; after a long day of travel, arriving at 11:00 PM to be told I had to download a registration form via email or WhatsApp was frustrating. While the room itself was nice,……

“Everything was excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing vibe and entertainment. Beach front nice but not ideal for swimming. Pools were great and bar service was amazing. All restaurants were unique especially Oro which was tantalizing. Will be back again. Love Barbados 🇧🇧”
