Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this spacious 6-bedroom home offers the ultimate in luxury and entertainment. Outside, a sparkling pool invites you to relax, alongside with a pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing on a private putting green, and a dedicated video game room ensures endless entertainment for all ages. This home is perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a peaceful retreat with family and friends. Bedroom One: 1 King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom Two: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Three: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Four: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Five: 2 Queen (sleeps 4) Bedroom Six: 2 Queen (sleeps 4) Fully Equipt Kitchen Essentials Provided: Toilet paper Paper towels Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Handsoap Towels Make-up Remover Towels Coffee Bar Laundry Detergent/Bleach Amenities: Arcades Pickleball Court Pool and Spa Mini Golf Pingpong Table Foosball Table Billiard Table BBQ Grill Gazebo \*POOL INFORMATION\* The pool and spa are remotely controlled by the host. Kindly contact the host to request heating of the pool and spa, specifying your desired times. Please note that, in accordance with our county quiet hours, both the pool and spa will automatically shut off at 11:00 PM. Spa heating and jets are complimentary! Pool heating is available upon request for only $100 per day (Must be on for the entirety of your stay). Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on. Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage. \*PET POLICY\* We welcome all our furry friends! $150 for the first one or two pets. For any additional pets please let me know, the fee is $50 per pet beyond two. This is a one-time fee. Please be advised that any damages caused by pets (including pet waste behind left and excessive pet hair in bed sheets) or unauthorized pets may incur an additional charge of up to $500. \*SECURITY CAMERAS\* For everyone\`s safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7\. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside. \*QUIET HOURS\* 11 pm - 7 am every day. You must turn off all backyard lights during quiet hours, according to the city\`s rules. \*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY\* Our home has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Please reach out if you have any questions! Rule Violations – Breaking house rules (including exceeding occupancy, parking violations, pool misuse, illegal substances, or misuse of the property) may result in fines up to $1,000 and/or eviction. Furniture – Please do not move large furniture (sofas, bed frames, etc.). Guest Limitations – Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are fine if occupancy limits are respected. Pets – Pets are welcome, but keep them off furniture and rugs, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended if they may cause damage. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Thermostat – Do not set the A/C below 70°F (21°C) to prevent the unit from freezing. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Request 48 hours in advance; subject to availability and a $75 fee. Unauthorized late checkout: $100 fee. Smoking – No smoking inside. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Parties & Noise – No parties or events. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. A NoiseAware monitor and Ring cameras (front & back) are used for security. Violations may result in a $500 fine, eviction without refund, and additional cleaning/damage charges. Camera Tampering – Do not unplug or tamper with Ring cameras. Violations may result in fines up to $500. Damage / Missing Items – Guests are responsible for covering the full replacement cost, along with any additional expenses, for items that are damaged or missing. Towels & Linens – Do not use towels for makeup or cleaning.
