“The staff members were very friendly, especially the male receptionist during night shift and the concierge named Fahim. The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available. “We recently went for Umrah in Makkah and stayed at the Voco Hotel. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is still new, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. One of the biggest conveniences was the 24/7 shuttle bus service to the Haram, which made going back and forth extremely easy and stress-free.
