Never again!Posted Feb 11, 2018
Doors within the room and bathroom wouldnt shut - warped because of the damp. Despite radiators, which were broken, electric heaters that didnt work leaving me with a tiny, noisy fan heater that made so much noise that I had to turn it off to sleep, my protestations were totally ignored and I froze! Fridge was not replenished with water in 3 days, Egg boiler in the breakfast room was broken and, in the evenings "ladies of the night" circulated. All in all a distressing 3 nights stay.

Adorable and close to the heart of the cityPosted Jan 7, 2018
Pros: Everything but mostly the proximity to Champs Elysee and Arch de Triomphe and Metro
Cons: Opening and locking the older style door with the brass key was tricky and was frustrating at times to get it to lock
Location: As mentioned, very close to cute restaurants, shopping, Champs Elysee, Arch de Triomphe and Charles V metro station.
I chose this hotel since I've stayed in this area before. It's quiet but so close to everything - short walk to Champs Elysee and the Arch de Triomphe as well as shopping etc and the metro. We got a garden room with floor to ceiling garden doors looking out to the little patio area - very quiet and cute. The room was not huge but had a mini fridge and the temperature was perfect as I like a room t a bit cooler. The bed and linens were very comfortable and I hadn't noticed just how much I appreciated the pillows until we moved to another hotel for the next part of our trip with terrible pillows. Staff was very helpful as I injured my ankle while walking (klutz that I am :( and they provided ice whenever requested. We did not opt for the 12euro breakfast as there was a patisserie 5 mins away with fresh baked croissants and cafe americano that worked perfectly. We also had our own bathroom complete with a tub which I wish I had taken advantage of. Loved this place and impressed how it can be so close to the bustle of the Champs Elysee while still being quiet on a close side street.

HorrificPosted Oct 20, 2017
Rude staff, no air conditioning, small rooms, disgusting dirty and stained carpet and room furniture, no washcloths available only hand towels, stained bathtub, 24 hr service is NOT available as stated in advertising, no baggage help, stairs to all buildings, not handicap friendly, and etcetera.

Great location - average hotelPosted Oct 17, 2017
Cons: Rooms and common areas need some sprucing up.
Friendly staff and very good breakfast. The room was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Hotel was in a not great area, though it did have some very nice small local restaurants nearby

OK Hotel close to a main stripPosted Aug 23, 2017 on Orbitz
Pros: It has a family room that will hold up to five people.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast and coffee in the lobby.
Location: Hotel is close to the Arc De Champion and in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.
The room was just ok but that is all you get for the price. No breakfast or anything else. Some of the employees were helpful and some were rude. The side road to get the hotel has some nice pubs, although there are some sketchy ones there also.
