The hotel was in a terrific location, close to Saint-Lazare station. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

After flying all the way from australia and paying quite a high price per night we were extremely upset to find the "Family Room" was actually 2 separate small rooms on the same floor but no interconnecting door which meant my young daughter had to squish into a small bed with us for the three nights instead of being able to share a room with her sister. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms and with the days being 36 degrees while we were there we were unable to sleep or get comfortable, This would be expected of a cheaper hotel bit for the price we paid we expected at least a way to cool the room. The Bathrooms looked quite nice but on closer inspection they have a lot of black mould as there are no vents or drains. This was probably the most disappointing hotel stay i have had and totally ruined our stay in Paris. The only upside to this property was the lady on reception the first night we were there as she was lovely.

Excellent breakfast, room small but as advertised, all essentials provided. Quiet at night. shower head fell off the holder causing a small bruise. Excellent position for railway station and exploring the city.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, room was a good size and appears to have been recently decorated. Room was facing internally, so pretty quiet. Yes, the lift is small, but adequate. The room also had coffee making facilities, which a previous review stayed were not available . Will book here again.

Its our second stay in this hotel and the first one was lovely something that i cant say about this trip. The cleaning staff just threw some our personal thing to the garbage. After i complain to the manager she said that she is not responsible for the cleaning staff and give us one breakfast free without understanding our negative experience.

The room was small and strangely it for a 3rd floor room it has a slopping floor throughout. The bathroom door did not have a lock or any lind of extraction for when the shower was on. The shield was also loose and did not seal upon the bath properly causing a flood which tou then had to clean up afterwards. The biggest let down if the room was that it had no air conditioning and for a city in August and 30 degrees was awful at night. We barely slept.

The staff was great. Every time we needed something( iron/board, cork screw) they had it. The location is great. The train station with all the lines is around the corner. The WiFi was amazing. The bathroom was very nice. The room although nice was small and there was no air conditioning.

Motel 8 with no AC
Tiny cramped and expensive hotel near train station. No air conditioning, and black mold in the shower. Breakfast was scraps of bread and cheese and eggs that rarely got replenished. We were polite about it, but in US this would be a crazy 8 hotel at $30/nt.

The location was very good. Close to saint LAZARE station. It is located in a not so touristy place but that is its charm. My room with a Juliet window was everything. It’s a good neighbourhood to walk around and admire French residential architecture.

Close to the metro which is really helpful, rooms freshly renovated. Really disappointed in the fact that there was building work in the room next door and we wasn’t made aware of this either before our arrive or at check in which would of been a decent thing to do considering I have asthma and can be sensitive to dust. I will be taking this further.

First time in Paris
This little gem was the highlight of my 7 country tour. I would classify this as a boutique hotel and I love all the quirky little bits. Most important was good water pressure and temperature. The room was small but clean and the amenities in the room were excellent. The in room safe easily stored my 11 inch iPad Pro and headphones with a lot of extra room the breakfast was well made and the scrambled eggs had a texture that resembled real eggs not powdered or mushy. The staff was on site 24/7 for any needs and spoke English very well. Many eating options within yards of the front entrance, and only a min walk to the train station and 20 min walk to the city center makes this a must stay place on my next trip to Paris

Not worthy of 3 stars. Stayed here for one night (room 53). Walls were paper-thin - I heard everything in room 52. Shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Very simple hotel that was clean and had friendly staff. It is an excellent location and it’s very affordable. The elevator is tiny almost like a closet that’s a big issue but other than that it is good for a few nights stay.

Great location
Great location for price. Small side but have stayed in smaller in higher rated hotels. Everything was clean and shower was good. Only thing is no a/c... in time I went weather was like so no issue...but in summer would certainly be an issue

Bathroom was a bit small but we were only staying for 2 nights so it wasn't a major issue for us. Bed was comfortable and clean. Heating worked well and staff were friendly

Good address in central Paris
Clean room. Pictures of the website reprend well the room. Good central situation near Gare Saint Lazare and Europe. Great equipment. Didn’t try the breakfast which was a bit expensive (13€).
