No Restaurant Facilities
I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing.

Nice, comfortable hotel clise to the motorway although I have to say that bathrooms could do with an overhaul a carpets not clean at all! Staff seemed a little irritated at our mere presence and smiled through gritted teeth. We have stayed many times before but may try a different hotel next time as it is gradually deteriorating...

Nice, clean friendly place
Friendly staff, good breakfast, room was clean and quiet, halls were clean, decorations were nicely quirky for a chain place. A teeny bit hard to get in and out of, and to pay for parking at a "suburban" place seems odd, but these are small issues.

Clean, updated hotel with very good customer service. Breakfast has a good selection. Gym is small with just a treadmill, an elliptical runner and one multi-position weight machine.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel and it is value for money. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable too. The only negative was that there was no room service as there was a buffet in the restaurant. It wasn't quality food and I think the 19 EURO was a little steep.

Nice hotel at the outskirt of Aachen
Very late check-in available, friendly staff, decent room size, no slippers in the room. Parking 6 euros, however, there is free parking across the street. Good for overnight stay

I think the paying for parking on top of paying for the room is a little bit too greedy as I cannot imagine many customers walking to this hotel.

Nice clean hotel with good friendly staff. Would be happy to stay there on my next visit to Aachen. Only drawback is that it is a long way from the centre of town, but ok if you want the sports area, which is a short walk away.

nice hotel. easy public transport into town
Nice hotel. We stayed there before. Convenient for a stop over. Close to the motorway and easy access to bus stops to go into town. no free wifi in the room is the only drawback. will most likely stay there again

Great hotel and customer service at the Leonardo!
The hotel is top of the line and the English speaking staff were extremely helpful! We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo. One little concern, we asked for a non-smoking room, we were in a room that had lingering nicotine oder! We booked late and were able to reserve one of two rooms left. This is likely why we were not able to get a non-smoking room. We notified the staff and they sprayed the room to minimize the smoke smell. I recommend the Leonardo! We will be staying there again in the future, but we will book early, not the day before!

Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly. Room spacious with comfort. Slight smoking smell and partial internet slowdown. Not sure why and technical support managed to correct, at other times regular speed was perfect. The staff tried to help.
