Lovely view. Low customer service.

Pros: The view was pretty. It was not very crowded.
Cons: Location is isolated, hallways are dark, moldy. No attention to detail--for example keeping panodil stocked at tfront desk and washing shower curtains
Location: Rocky beach. Bike or drive to city center.
The view is great. Aside from that, the room is outdated and moldy. The halls dark and maze-like. The pool and fitness center were closed. This was not mentioned at check in. When I mentioned that I had chosen the hotel for the pool, they offered no discount etc.

Thank you for your feedback, regarding your stay. I am very sorry that the stay did not live up to your expectations. We do not have panodil or other otc drugs here, as we are not allowed to sell this. Unfortunately we recently had a water damage, which we are curruntly getting fixed, this could be the cause of the "moldy feel"?? Our shower curtains should all have been replaced, so I'll have our housekeeping check all rooms, and change the ones missing. As for the closed gym and the pool, we have announced the renovation on all websites, also expedia, and it is also noted on the desk at check in. But I am very sorry that you weren't made aware about the closure, when you arrived. I am very sorry that you experienced issues during your stay, and hope that we will get a chance to show you, that we haved followed up on these.

Nice hotel close to the beach and town

This is a nice hotel close to the sea and a great hotel for a quiet getaway weekend. The single room I had was a reasonable size and price with a small balcony and nice sea view. The rooms are nicely decorated with all the usual hotel facilities. Free Wi-Fi that works well. There are only limited channels on the TV and no room service. Its quite a way out of town so you will need a bike or a car if you want t get into Arhus town centre but it is nicely placed to get in and out of town easily.

The hotel is by the beach which may not be the best place to swim in but it is a nice view. The rooms are not clean and manifested with insects. The staff service ranges from average to poor but I have to praise one staff member called Simon at the resturant. He made an effort to grab us a bite when we arrived a few mins after breakfast time. Aarhus is a beautiful city to enjoy it you may need to stay where you can get a comfotorble room and a good night sleep. This place does not offer this.

Great Surrounds and views

Pros: The views over the harbour. The closeness to the Danish Queens summer residence. Easy access to the AArhus boat harbour and marina.
Cons: The hallway carpets smell of cat.
Location: Dining. Slightly out of town.
Probably the hotel with the best view and surroundings in Aarhus. Whilst quite old, the rooms are comfortable, the service is good and the surroundings are great. In summer a 15 minute walk to the boat harbour where there are great restaurants with views of the marina. I will stay here again.

Pros: The view, location & the pool
Cons: Just some light up-keep - Fresh paint on the walls & some re-apolstering of the furniture Also if they could add some soap, to the bathroom
Location: Amazing location, great view and 25 minutes by walking to the city centre
A really nice Hotel for DK standards - beautiful views and really comfortable beds -
