Facility is a bit old, some loud noise from the fan in the toilet. Staff is polite and helpful. Good view of the lake.

It was the best breakfast option we had in Italy, the rooms were alright, parking onsite for 12 euros extra per day. the richness of breakfast with the halal option made up for everything else.

Nice hotel with lake view, private parking and easy access to the lake. Nice restaurants near by. Wonderful breakfast for 7 euros per person, parking 12 euros per day.

The lake view rooms with balcony are nicer & more quiet, if you face the road it is very noisy. Great breakfast. Walk down to beach & Esplanade on the lake. Walk to ferry terminal. We caught a ferry around the lake. Convenient spot. Restaurants are limited if walking.

The view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights). There's a nice passage by the lake. Breakfast was very good, especially cappuccino! The staff was helpful at the desk. There's a little market about 500 meters away, which was convenient. The train station is 100 meters but there is no person at the office. The train comes every hour or every two hours. We took a train to Varenna Esino and walked to the Villa Monastero/Botanical Garden. It was very nice.

Loved the location, very close to Lake and train station. The bathroom was missing the ceiling in parts and water was dripping on to the clean towels. But we did have extra towels so did not complain

I actually did not stay at this hotel, the had to cancel and offered me a room in another of their properties, the hotel Grigna. The hotel Grigna was fine but certainly didn’t as nice a location or a pool. However the staff was great. Biggest disappointment was that when we checked out the price was higher than the hotel we originally booked.

This is great place to stay if you are visiting to Lake Como. Beach side restaurant Camping Spiaggia is excellent. Commute is easy from hotel. Cleaning staff and breakfast service staff excellent. Front desk young female will not loose patience despite our language issue. Not much except from male short front desk attendant, never get correct answer.

The fish-eye lens image is deceptive and does not actually capture the hotel itself - which is just off to the left. The hotel is in need of some freshening up. The room that we had was large but disappointingly plain. No pictures on the walls. There was a private balcony, but we were in the ground floor and could not see much of the lake.

Muy buena ubicación , el personal muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, que para mi siempre es lo más importante. Tiene un parking privado que nos viene bien ya que viajamos en moto, pero al lado del hotel también hay mucho sitio para aparcar (público)

Very nice and convenient hotel
I love staying the the Park Hotel when I'm on business trips in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. There is also a parking area, bar/ convenient store and a very good restaurant upstairs and others within walking distance. I do wish they would take American Express cards and stock the room refrigerators with water and snacks but those things are not deal breakers, the hotel is great and I'll stay there every time.

The park hotel reminds a Motel. The lake view includes a parking view. But the room is clean, there is a nice beach bellow the Hotel and it's close to great villages

Lake Como
The hotel appears to have seen better days. The bed is hard and the pillows flat. Breakfast is okay but the shower stall is just too small for comfort. The area around Lake Como is gorgeous and we did not stay long in the room so it was not such an issue. Also, be sure to get a room on the Lake side of the building. We were on the street side so had traffic noise for awhile in the evening. There is a blinking yellow light for a pedestrian crossing that is hard to completely block. It's annoying so get really tired and go to sleep quickly.

Enjoyable Lake Como hotel
Nice location on Lake Como. Easy to find. Room faced road but was not a problem. Lake view rooms can have noise from public beach. But we did not find that to be an issue.
