Nice Hotel, Close to my children & restaurant.

Pros: Comfortable beds & quiet at night.
Cons: Grab bars in the showers for the elderly, or more walk-in showers available.
Location: Entertainment near-by ---Castle Fun Park is very handy.
Travel to family, shopping, & fast food places not far away.

Misleading advertising

Cons: their advertising - false misleading information!
Booked this hotel solely on the fact that it had free airport shuttle. Called the hotel a few days before to book and when I got to the airport and called the hotel they tell me they are not picking me up. Cost me $40.00 in taxi fares. This is not the way to do business.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and inviting. I will stay here again.

We arrived at 1am and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful! We had s king sized jacuzzi suite and the room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Decent hotel. Good location.

hotel. Good location. Quite a good hotel on the highway. A bit noisy on the front side due to the highway. Parking seems a bit limited. It's handy to have a white spot right there

Pros: Well maintained.
Location: Very close to the highway and amenities.
Totally enjoyed the stay! Checking in was easy and quick. The room was very spacious and clean.

Best hotel to launch from when visiting Vancouver. Close to EVERYTHING and what wasn't nearby was only a few minutes away. We were wanted to stay out of the main city area and play outside the core and Abbotsford was perfect for getting to the zoo, Cultas Lake, Harrison Lake, and so many other fun areas. Would stay again. Hotel staff was great, White Spot food great and convenient and perfectly situated close but not ON the highway for quick drive to our destinations. Would definitely stay again!

Watch your credit card!!!

The room was very nice. I stayed with my 2 daughters for 1 night. I paid for our room when we checked in. The morning we checked out I noticed they charged double what I had paid to my credit/debit card. I am now out over $300 until the hotel reverses the deposit. I was told that would be 7 days. Being out $300 could leave a person stranded somewhere if they were depending on that for gas or food. The hotel told me to contact my bank to see what they could do. The hotel offered no help just said that the girl who checked us in didn't un-check a box on the computer.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced regarding your credit card pre-authorization hold. Please consider, all hotels have a protocol of pre-authorizing the credit cards upon checking in. The pre-authorization amount is a form of security deposit to cover the room/tax and incidentals. When you check out, the same pre-authorization file number or reference provided is used to settle the final amount due, so we ensure there is no double billing. The pre-authorization amount is therefore processed through, however some banks or credit card companies may take from 7-30 days to release this pre-authorization hold ( not charge ) the latter when a pre-paid credit card is used. Please be assured, the hotel has followed the protocol as established by the banks/credit card companies however the hotel basically has no influence to fast track the procedure as established by the banks/credit cards. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. It is with sincere hopes you will accept the apology and explanation provided as it is with sincere hopes my team will have another opportunity to welcome you back to serve you better the next time.
