Hotel across the road from bowling club

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff.
We always stay at the Craighaar when attending a social function at the bowling club.

Convenient to airport

All staff were excellent but were let down by a surly waitress at Breakfast on the day we left, table wasn't laid fully and haddock wasn't cooked all were remedied , the recooked fish was brought by an assistant manager with a fulsome apology whilst the waitress looked on! This lowered the overall rating. No lift which because of our age, mid 80's could have been a problem

Pros: Quick taxi ride from airport.
Cons: The scrambled egg! And soundproofing; It's very close to the airport! An airport shuttle?
Friendly reception, cosy bar, comfortable room.

Convenient and Economical

I needed a place to stay near ABZ before my early morning flight - the flight was canceled from 6 am till 1120 am so I was able to spend more time availing of the room and hotel facilities, which were greet, including the inclusive breakfast. I would recommend letting the hotel know if you are coming in late and asking for a taxi booking in advance.
