Stayed in a twin room. Very basic and could do with a bit of refurbishment. Carpets were filthy but beds were comfy and bathroom clean.

Nice hotel close to centre of town

Only let down was the size of the room. We asked for a family room and got a normal sized room with a double pull out bed squeezed into it

Lovely hotel excellent location to City Centre

Posted May 1, 2017
Pros: Location, staff friendly and went out of way to help with parking and gave early access to room with was very kind.
Cons: Breakfast. Standard of food not that great. BankHoliday staff could not keep up with demand for food and plates. Long queues to get food.
Location: Tolbooth worth a visit, shop malls very good. Justice Mill Inn good for food, cheap and very good. Stonehaven Mollys great. Dunnottar Castle a must.
Rooms very god and beds comfortable. Staff excellent very accommodating. . Location excellent Just off Union St. Great for a night stay in the city.

ideal location in city centre, car park tight

Posted Apr 24, 2017
Pros: overall not bad
Cons: car parking bays maybe widened, or staff car park given to customers as there car park was much better
Location: city centre
The hotel was excellent location and staff was really good, The car park was very tight, as to why someone had scratched my front bumper whilst parking, was really dissapointed about

Don't be fooled by the "free parking"

Posted Apr 14, 2017
Good location for union street but don't be fooled by the "free parking". There are 8 parking spaces and 150 rooms so you will be very lucky indeed to get a free space. We had to park 2 cars in a multi-story which was an unwelcome added cost and it also meant shifting all out luggage from a to b and back again. The hotel itself is basic but thats as you would expect. Free breakfasts was also fairly limited but it was at least free. Could have booked a nicer hotel for the extra we spent on parking.

Ideal for an overnight stay

Posted Apr 3, 2017
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: The decor (chipped paint, dirty marks)
We stayed for one night. The hotel was good, in need of a bit of paint and tlc in areas. Staff were ok, not as welcoming as some hotels i've stayed at but pleasant enough. The breakfast was good.
