Overall good property. Room had paint peeling off ceiling. Bathroom had mold in ceiling over shower. And refrigerator died while we were gone allowing food to spoil. When person at desk was told she just said ok thank you. Didn’t even offer to reimburse cost of lost food due to refrigerator dying.

Pool was cloudy and uninviting, spa did not have working jets. This was a main reason we booked there and we ended up only using the pool once because it was very off putting.

The rooms and lobby was nice. But thr door to my closet came off the track. No maintenance personal on duty. In the pool area the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet.and the jets in the hot tub weren't working. When you got out of the pool you would find clumps of hair somewhere on your body. I was told by the guy taking care of the pool that he'd been off for a couple of days, so the pool hadn't been cleaned for those couple of days. Nice breakfast thou.

Very convenient location, room was great, bed and pillows were so comfortable, breakfast selections were perfect and so yummy! This is my 2nd time staying here because it's a great place overall and I will continue to book with them anytime I'm in the area.

Loved the friendly front desk clerk who checked us in. Bathroom was dated and had a phone hanging off the wall next to the sink. The mattress cover was not pulled down all the way exposing a dirty mattress

Property had junkies nodding out on the couches in the foyer and benches outside the entrance. There was a ladybug infestation in our room. The coffee maker was broken.

our king size bed was too low resulting in difficulty standing up. It was so low that the mattress skirt was stacked on the floor. Otherwise the room and facilities were great.

I am writing today to tell you about my recent stay at the Ramada Olympia. The hotel check-in was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Firstly, I called the front desk on Thursday 2/1 in the afternoon and asked for an early check-in on Friday 2/2. I told her that I would be arriving around 1:30 or 2:00 and asked if we could check-in at that time. She said that that would not be a problem at all since it was only an hour early. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 and asked to check in and the girl at the desk said it would be $25 per room for early check in. I told her that I called the day before and was told it would not be a problem. She apologized for the wrong information and said it would be $25 per room since she only had 2 rooms that were ready for check-in. She was not friendly or helpful. We left and came back at 7pm to check-in. The front desk was empty and the girl working came in from the front doors and said "hold on, I'll be right there". She was the most unprofessional front desk agent I have ever experienced. As she walked around to the front desk she starting complaining about what a terrible night she has had. She asked for my ID and started to check us in and the phone rang. She YELLED "OH MY GOD!!! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!", then answered the phone very rudely and answered their questions with an abrupt yes and no answers. Then she started back to our check-in complaining about the call she just had to deal with. the phone rang again a

If you're an adult that is considering staying here, and the 24/7 pool and hot tub access is part of the attraction, take note: completely disregard these 2 factors. They are both dirty. The hot tub, for example, had some visible green fuzz around the bottom. Moreover, it wasn't even hot. In fact, it was cold (broken heating system), and the jets were also not functioning (and have not worked for ages) -- not that it mattered, given the tub's frigid temperature. Suffice to say that these sad facilities are barely fit for grubby children. Adults looking to enjoy a pleasant swim and a soak as part of a stay should definitely look elsewhere.
