Only complaint- showers was plumbed wrong. Cold came out hot, hot came out cold.

There was no ice machine at the hotel b/c the refrigerators have ice machine. However, they didn’t tell you to turn on and late at night when you get there no ice. Couldn’t get TV to work they came down, opened a breaker box in the room, which took some time, and said breaker had tripped. They flipped it and it came on. The ice maker was loud all night and I woke up every time it dumped ice. We had do not disturb sign on door, and housekeeping still asked to clean room.

This hotel was just what we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in was quick. We would stay here again. It also had a full kitchen; impressive, for the cost.

overnite stay enroute to San Antonio

this property was an extended stay hotel. Hard to locate, sharing the same parking lot as La Quinta. When I booked direct with hotels.com via the phone, I asked for a property with free breakfast, but when I arrived I found out they did not offer that amenity. Also, the room booked had only 1 queen bed for 2. The front agent was very apologetic, and said this happens often. So be sure you know what you are booking, otherwise you are stuck. No fault of the property, just misunderstanding with hotels.com personnel.
