It was good ! My only complaint about the room was that there was no place to hang clothes! The price was fair . Breakfast was ok.

It was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and It was perfect stay overall. The one thing that I did not like, was the elevator. I was staying on the third floor. It was slow and the second time I got in it to go to my room the door didn't shut. I moved up and then shut. After that I used the stairs. Overall it was an amazing stay. Just need to keep up with the elevator.

I would stay away! I was there for 3 nights. On first night around 2:30am, I got 5 Bed Bug bites and caught 1 Bed bug with full of blood in it. I checked on and around the bed, also every possible area of the bed but didn’t see any of them. It was too late to call to change the room, so I try to sleep and change the room first thing in the morning. 30-45 minutes after I try to go back to sleep, I got another 3 Bed Bug bites and caught another one. I wanted to change the room right away. So, I packed and called the front clerk and asked to change the room around 4am, but they said, they can’t because there is no room available for same rate which means there are other rooms available. Front clerk told me to wait until the manager come in the morning. By 6am, front clerk called and told me that they will fully refund the charge instead of change of room. I stay awake all night until I got out this Inn. Things can be happen in hotel business but way they handle the situation and customer care was terrible!

Bad Owner and service.

When we returned at 11:30 our room keys did not work and the front attendant could not get us in as well. after taking him into getting the manager/owner involved they finally after an hour get us into the room. Manger said he didn't want the front office to have a key. They gave us a second room to wait out not knowing if and when we would be able to get in and get our luggage. It turned out they charged us without my approval for a second room and not even tried to apologize to locking us out of initial room. Owners main concern was to get paid not customer service. employees seemed scared to death of them. Also, the AC was very loud and you could hear every one outside of your room. Never staying there again.
