Property was great. Staff went above and beyond to let me stay because Expedia failed to follow up on confirming my reservation with the hotel. Not so sure I’m gonna be using that app again. This is the second time this has happened and that I was on my phone with them at the hotel for over 25 minutes

We have stayed many times at this hotel, but on this trip we had a smaller room with smaller beds and noises beds :-(

Comfortable bed and nice tv for game console. Ac was cold and shower was hot. Good was good and you can’t complain for these things anymore.

Close to the university but didn’t like the fact that random people with no key can just walk right in behind you, use the facilities and then leave. Overall, I’d stay again.

I paid a premium price and recived no service
My room was not cleaned no fresh towels
Upon entry they were using a scented cleaner which i am allergic
It was so strong felt like she sprayed it in my face

Stay was great. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was a little too firm for us but over all it was a nice stay.

Very nice hotel. Close to the interstate. Very clean and the staff are nice
They don’t offer Splenda. So bring your own
Don’t walk the neighborhood behind the hotel. Trailer park with lots of dogs

This place was horrible. The toilet handle fell off in our hand no toilet paper, move us in middle of night to another room the tv didn’t work…then could not walk thru hallway because of furniture and beds being swapped out because of renovation. Management was not helpful because we did reservation with Expedia.
A comfortable stop on a cross-country move, although not many options for dining in walking distance. The breakfast bar was much better than average, with an attentive chef/staff.
This reservation for two rooms was paid for at booking. I stayed at the hospital with my very ill brother and my husband and son went to check in. They were both charged for a room. I have a feeling this was not the first Expedia booking they had ever faced, so I completely don't understand why we now must wait to be reimbursed. What a mess!

I am so sorry. When reservations are made thru a 3rd party is very difficult to get refund and we are unable to do at the hotel level.
Room dirty, bath tub with rust and ring, dim lights in room, breakfast was gone by 7AM, didn’t sleep at all because you could hear the next room snoring through the walls, stayed 1 night, booked 4 and they refused to refund. It was so bad, I just left after 1 night!
