Close to everything we needed in Abilene.

We have stayed here before. We were on the inside courtyard close to the pool. Hotel has been kept in great condition.

stretch for comfort

Bugs in room curtains and dirty carpet Hard to feel comfortable A/c worked though so the brisk cold was the only sign on the feeling of a clean room Girl behind counter look like she had bed bug bites on her arm herself so tough lead in

Nice hotel close to highway and gas stations

Pros: Breakfast and clean spacious room.
Location: Close to Gas stations, I hop restaurant, and major highway.
I always stay here whenever I visit Abilene, TX. The room is spacious, the breakfast is great and it's close to my destination. My stay was good, but only problem I had was being put in a room with no fridge or microwave and not being informed at check in. It was a big necessity. I quickly complained and was put in a different room with micro and fridge which I was happy with. My only suggestion for front desk is to inform the guest about the guestroom amenities before checking them into it. It save time and problems are solved upfront. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: In general of all Quintas the toilet paper...
Location: It was in a good location. Zoo, stores and expo are close.
I liked the rooms always clean when I stay at La Quinta. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually stay in a Quinta.

Cons: Update the beds.
Location: Food was very close , even walking distance.

USED AND DIRTY RESTROOM

Cons: THE EMPLOYEES'
the night that I stayed the rest room had been used and not flushed. I was to fatigue to go down to the front desk. when I called to talk to the manager the next morning. the lady asked why did I not just come down and talk to the girl at the front desk. BASICALLY I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAFF AND THE ROOM.

It's an older hotel. Seems like a motel 6 upgrade. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Horrible hotel awful hotel staff

Very rude. Was told I could have a 2pm checkout then when 12:30 came around I had someone banging on my door & I was being yelled at by some older woman at the front desk saying what I was told was wrong and I had 15 minutes to vacate. Please do not stay here these people are absolutely awful. Pick one of the other 20 hotels within 3 minutes .

Hotel location and Condition

Though hotel has good access off I20, it has limited dining options near the hotel...only Denny's. The hotel has not been updated in years. Shower was particularly bad with fluctuating water temp and a handle that was very hard to pull out.

Just a one night business stay.

Pros: Very clean, close to restaurants
Honestly this was a shorty notice business trip, I did not go to do any site seeing and fun activities. I just needed to get a good night sleep for the next day which was going to be very hard.
