great staff nice facility pet friendly

it is an older hotel but it is in good condition and the staff is very friendly and helpful. they love your fur babies as much as you do and they do have a pool and breakfast which is nice for it being a much older property in the la quinta family I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is in a great location

Hotel has a great location the staff was great, but the rooms were outdated and reeked of burnt hair and cigarettes

I checked in and was sent to the room . We walked in and it was still dirty . They did upgrade after we left hotel!

Absolutely horrible experience

I had paid for a first floor double bed room. I recently had surgery. I got there in the evening after driving 12 hours exhausted, and was told they canceled my room because they thought i wasn’t coming. This was around 11pm, and every la Quinta I’ve done this with has given me no problems. Then, I ended up on the second floor in a king bed room that looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90s at best. I thought it was a smoking room because of how bad it smelt, but there was a no smoking sign. Then, the sink smelt like stale beer. My girl and I stepped on exposed carpet staples (great way to get a disease). There was dirt everywhere. The chair had a knarly layer of dirt on it and must have been 20 years old. I used to love la Quinta, but I’m not planning on ever going back to one after this experience. If I hadn’t already pre paid I would have just left. The pictures I posted don’t capture the pure nastiness of this room.

Friendly staff and a nice comfortable clean room. Only negative was the concrete steps leading upstairs were crumbling in places and wobbly.

Great Location

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and professional. Location is great, right of I-20. The room was clean but heavy on the room deodorant, I needed to leave the door/window open for awhile. The breakfast offered was good. The only downfall for this location for La Quinta Inn is there is no laundry room which is a very inconvenience. Otherwise, I'd definitely would recommend and stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. Taking a shower was a nightmare. When taking a shower the water would suddenly get very hot or very cold. The hair dryer did not work. I was very disappointed. I will not stay here again.
