Nice LaQuinta Hotel consistent amenities. Room heat/ac worked well but fan runs constantly.

Lots of room for omprovement

No drain plug in sink made it a bit hard to shave. Room key stopped working 4times, requiring a trip to the front desk. My room was next to an exit door, so anytime someone went out, there was a SLAM on the wall behind my bed. Got my laundry in the machine, but no coin changer. Went to the front desk but they had no change!! Had to go to next door Candlewood Suites, who were happy to help. Housekeeping kep dropping off 2 conditioners and no shampoo Overpriced for what I got.

The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly, helpful. A nice addition to the breakfast area would be some yogurt and more of a fruit selection, otherwise it was perfectly adaquate. The 24-hour availability of coffee and juice was really nice. My only complaint was some dirty bedding outside my door in the hall at check-in. I brought it to the attention of desk clerk who stated it would be picked up, that was about 4pm, it was still there the next morning when we checked out at 11am. A manager might want to check the floors at least once a shift as it was unsightly in an otherwise very clean facility, it would not deter me from staying again.

Elevator rug was dirty, smelled bad. The room was OK, however, the staff seemed unfriendly and distracted. I called the operator twice from my room and there was no answer. Shortly after I went downstairs and two employees were watching TV. Unprofessional.
